Angel hair puff pastry recipe

Ingredients to make Angel Hair Puff Pastry:

  • 1 square puff pastry sheet
  • 1 can of Sweet Angel Hair (520 gr)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sugar glass

How to make Angel Hair Puff Pastry:

  1. Once we have all the ingredients to prepare our sweets with angel hair, we begin by unrolling the puff pastry and smoothing it out a bit with the kitchen rolling pin. Take advantage and turn on the oven at 200º C. to preheat it.
  2. Next, cut the puff pastry sheet into four equal pieces. To make this sweet filled puff pastry we will need four square pieces.
  3. Next we place the filling in the center of each piece of puff pastry. The amount is to taste, but it will be enough to put between 2 and 3 tablespoons of sweet
  4. To form the puff pastries you must fold the two ends of each square of dough. To seal and the puff pastry does not come unstuck, we recommend moistening the ends with water.
  5. Before putting the puff pastry stuffed with angel hair in the oven, we place each cake on the tray, previously lined with kitchen paper and when they are all in place, we paint them with the beaten yolk.
  6. This will give the dough a shine.
  7. Bake in the oven at 200ºC for about 10 minutes or until we check that the puff pastry is golden and crisp.
