  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 piece of red bell pepper (optional)

How to make Andalusian Gazpacho without bread:

1.To start with the Andalusian gazpacho recipe without bread, you must first wash the vegetables. Next, peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Place them in a bowl or in a kitchen robot to crush everything.

Tip: if you like, you can leave the skin of the tomato, since you will have to crush everything.

2.Chop the onion, green pepper, cucumber and red pepper. Also peel the garlic cloves.

3.In the bowl add all the chopped vegetables together with the tomatoes.

4.The ingredients are ready to be crushed. Also, to make it easier, add a glass of cold water and blend until the entire mixture is smooth. If you have a kitchen robot you can crush everything, since the cream will be finer.

Trick: depending on the gazpacho, you can add more water or not.

5.Add the oil, vinegar and a little salt, continue grinding and let the cream emulsify. Taste and rectify according to the taste of salt and vinegar.

Tip: if you wish, you can add more green pepper or cucumber.

6.Put the gazpacho in the fridge until serving time, it is better to do it 2-3 hours before so that it is very cold when it is time to eat. To accompany the gazpacho if you like it to have chunks, you can chop a cucumber into small pieces, green pepper, onion and serve in another bowl so that each diner can prepare the dish to their liking.
