Andalusian Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Andalusian Gazpacho:

  • 2 units of ripe tomato
  • 30 grams of pepper
  • 60 grams of Cucumber
  • ¼ garlic clove
  • 30 grams of onion
  • ¼ unit of green apple
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 dessert spoons of Vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Andalusian Gazpacho:

  1. Wash all the ingredients well.
  2. Prepare the ingredients. To do this, peel and quarter the tomatoes. The pepper, remove the seeds and the base to cut it into medium squares. Also cut the onion into medium squares and peel and cut the cucumber in the same way. Garlic remove the germ from the middle or the green part. Reserve a piece of cucumber for the final decoration.
  3. Then place all the ingredients in the blender, letting it work until there are no whole pieces.
  4. Later we add the salt, the oil and the vinegar, testing and correcting the seasoning to taste. After being seasoned, it is left to blend for 5 more seconds so that it obtains the ideal texture of the true Andalusian gazpacho.
  5. Cut the reserved cucumber into small cubes and do the same with the apple.
