Andalusian and Sevillian Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Andalusian and Sevillian Gazpacho:

  • 1 kg of red tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 glass of virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 50 grams of bread

How to make Andalusian and Sevillian Gazpacho:

1.Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat well until you get a homogeneous mass, then if you want, pass it through a sieve and add a little water (one or two glasses)

2.It is served very cold. You can put pieces of hard-boiled eggs and Serrano ham as a garnish.
