- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 milliliters of olive oil
- 2 slices of bread from the day before

- Before making this Spanish recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pan with olive oil, cook the macerated garlic over low heat for 3 minutes.
- Remove the garlic and, in the same pan, add the chopped bread slices, sauté a little until golden brown.
- In a processor crush the red pepper, when ready add the bread and garlic.
- Process with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little water until you get a paste.
- Separately, cook the beans in boiling water and a pinch of salt for 8 minutes.
