  2. 3 cloves of garlic
  3. 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  4. 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  5. 1 splash of olive oil
  6. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Andalusia Cabbage Salad:

  • Remove the greener outer leaves of the cabbage. Cut it in half and remove the central trunk.
  • Cut the cabbage into quarters each piece, then cut it into julienne, put it in a colander and wash it well under the tap with cold water. Let it drain well. When it is drained, put it in a dish or in a bowl where you are going to serve it.
  • Peel and cut the garlic into very thin slices.
  • Take a frying pan, cover the entire base with olive oil, and put it over a low heat to heat with the laminated garlic. The fire will be soft so that the oil picks up the flavor of the garlic.
  • Let the garlic cook until it begins to color, then add the spoon of sweet paprika, stir immediately so that the paprika does not burn.
  • Once you have the paprika dissolved with the oil, add the vinegar to taste. If you like it to taste like vinegar, you can put 3 tablespoons of vinegar, if you like a mild taste, 2 tablespoons will be fine.
  • Stir everything together and let the vinegar mix well with everything. Put out the fire.
  • Pour all the dressing on top of the cabbage that will be in a bowl. Mix very well so that the cabbage is impregnated with all the dressing and thus take the entire flavor. Add a little salt and mix.
  • If you have time, leave the salad in the fridge for a while, if you can, 1 or 2 hours will be fine. Then all that remains is to serve your easy Andalusia cabbage salad, you can accompany it with some olives.
