Anchovy Pizza Recipe

Ingredients to make anchovy pizza:

  1. 12 anchovies
  2. 200 gr. of mozzarella
  3. 12 fresh garlic
  4. 1 spring onion
  5. Ketchup
  6. oil
  7. salted

For the pizza dough:

  1. 250 grams of flour
  2. ¼ glass of lukewarm water
  3. ¼ glass of milk
  4. 20 gr. Of pressed yeast
  5. salted

How to make anchovy pizza:

  • Place the flour in a bowl; add the crumbled yeast, milk, water and salt. Knead the mixture with your hands for 10 minutes.
  • Cover it with a cloth and let it rest to ferment for an hour.
  • Sprinkle the dough with flour and with the help of a rolling pin stretch it until you get a very thin sheet.
  • Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, cover it with the tomato sauce and put it in the oven at 180º C for 3-4 minutes.
  • Finely chop the spring onion, clean the fresh garlic and sauté everything in a frying pan with a little oil.
  • Remove the pizza base from the oven and arrange the sliced ​​mozzarella all over the surface, place the poached vegetables on top, and finally the seasoned anchovies.
  • Put back in the oven for 5 minutes and serve.
