- 4 slices of loaf bread
- 4 anchovies
- 4 strips of fried red pepper without skin
- 4 strips of fried green pepper without skin
- Pink sauce
- Grated egg white
- Pitted green olives.
How to make Anchovy Pintxo:
Pink sauce:
It is made with a mayonnaise adding tomato ketchup, a teaspoon of mustard, drops of Perrin’s sauce, a splash of cognac and a few drops of Tabasco.
