Anchovies with cheese recipe

Ingredients to make anchovies with cheese:

  • 800 gr. of anchovies
  • 500 gr. peeled tomatoes
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • some oregano leaves
  • salted
  • chopped parsley
  • mozzarella
  • Pepper

How to make anchovies with cheese:

  1. Clean the anchovies, removing the head and the spine, rinse and dry them.
  2. Put the peeled tomatoes, 1 garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and oregano in a pan.
  3. Give the tomatoes a boil, shredding them.
  4. Remove the garlic, put the anchovies closed, and sprinkle with the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  5. After 10 minutes, add a few cubes of MOZZARELLA.
  6. Cover the bread; let the cheese melt and serve.
