Ingredients to make anchovies with cheese:
- 800 gr. of anchovies
- 500 gr. peeled tomatoes
- 1 garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- some oregano leaves
- salted
- chopped parsley
- mozzarella
- Pepper
How to make anchovies with cheese:
- Clean the anchovies, removing the head and the spine, rinse and dry them.
- Put the peeled tomatoes, 1 garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and oregano in a pan.
- Give the tomatoes a boil, shredding them.
- Remove the garlic, put the anchovies closed, and sprinkle with the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- After 10 minutes, add a few cubes of MOZZARELLA.
- Cover the bread; let the cheese melt and serve.
