Anchovies Tallinn recipe

Ingredients to make anchovies Tallinn:

  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 750 grams of anchovies
  • 1 broth
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 250 ml of vinegar

How to make anchovies Tallinn:

  1. The anchovies are cleaned and the central spine and head are removed.
  2. They are joined two by two, on the inside.
  3. They are placed in a star-shaped clay pot, making the star again as many times as necessary until the bottom of the pot is completely covered.
  4. Add the ingredients: paprika, cumin, garlic, oil and broth.
  5. Finally, add the vinegar and put it on the fire until it is almost absorbed. If desired, it can be decorated with a ripe tomato cut into four and with some strips of green pepper that will be cooked with all of the above.
  6. They are served hot.
