Anchovies in marinade recipe

Ingredients to make anchovies in marinade:

• 1 glass of olive oil
• 1 glass of water
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 750 grams of anchovies
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 glass of vinegar

How to make anchovies in marinade:

1. The fish is cleaned by removing the heads from the central spine.
