Anchovies and Surimi pate recipe with Thermo mix

• 2 Eggs

• 2 cans of anchovies

• 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

• 7 Surimi bars or crab sticks

The first thing we have to do to make this easy anchovy paste and surimi recipe with Thermomix is to gather all the necessary ingredients. Next, put a pot of water to boil and cook the eggs for about 12 minutes. Once cooked, cool them in a bowl with water and peel them. Then, open the cans of anchovies and drain them well, discarding all the oil.

Next, program the Thermomix at 5-7-9 and process first the crab or surimi bars, then the anchovies together with the eggs, and finally the mayonnaise.
