American wheat recipe with harissa sauce

Ingredients to make American wheat with harissa sauce:

  • 100 grams of American wheat
  • 50 grams of white onion
  • 50 grams of red pepper
  • 50 grams of green zucchini
  • harissa sauce
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground chili
  • 1 teaspoon of Cumin powder
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make American wheat with harissa sauce:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. Arrange the red pepper on the fire until it is completely toasted.
  3.  Wait for it to cool, remove the skin and seeds.
  4. Blend the pepper, the garlic, the eaten powder and the ground chili.
  5.  Blend for a few minutes until everything is crushed evenly.
  6. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  7. Continue blending until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  8. Separately, hydrate the wheat with the same amount of hot water.
