American style lobster recipe

Ingredients to make American style lobster:

  • 1 glass of dry white wine water
  • 1 glass of Armagnac, cognac or brandy wine
  • 2 pinches of tarragon
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • laurel
  • thyme
  • olive oil
  • two cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 How to make American style lobster:

  1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Blanch and peel the tomatoes, cut them in two, seed them and mash them a little.
