American Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make American Potato Salad:

  • 4 units of Potatoes
  • 3 slices of Bacon
  • 100 milliliters of Mayonnaise
  • 20 milliliters of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 1 branch of Celery
  • 50 grams of red onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make American Potato Salad:

Before making this American recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a pot with water and a pinch of salt, cook the potatoes for 30 minutes until soft.

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and mix with the finely chopped egg, previously cooked in boiling water. If you have doubts about how to make a boiled egg, you can check any recipe with hard-boiled eggs such as shrimp-stuffed eggs.
