Ingredients to make amaranth water:

  1. 2 cups of amaranth
  2. 2½ cups of water (600 milliliters)
  3. ½ cup evaporated milk
  4. 3 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener of your choice
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  6. ice to taste
