Almond pudding recipe

Ingredients to make Almond Pudding:

  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 60 cubic centimeters of neutral oil (sunflower or soybean)
  • 1 teaspoon of almond essence
  • grated lemon peel
  • 100 cubic centimeters of almond milk
  • 180 grams of flour 0000
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 50 grams of almonds

How to make Almond Pudding:

  9. After that time, check if the almond pudding is cooked by piercing it in the center with a knife. If it comes out dry, you can remove it from the oven. Let it cool before unmolding.
