Almond Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Almond Gazpacho:

  • For 4 people:
  • 100 grams ground almonds
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 850ml of chicken broth
  • 2 watercress leaves
  • 150ml cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • black grapes to garnish

How to make Almond Gazpacho:

1.Slowly cook the garlic, almonds and watercress in the broth.

2.Make a very fine puree and mix the cream.

3.Chill in the refrigerator and serve garnished with the black grapes.
