- First of all, we clean the pepper, remove the seeds and cut it into thick strips. We put it to cook starting from cold water for 10 minutes.
- While the peppers are cooking, we prepare the almond sauce. To do this, in a saucepan, we add the red wine, a meat broth, the cornstarch dissolved in water and the soybeans and let it cook for 10 minutes. Chop the almonds and add them to the saucepan. We reserved some pieces to decorate.
- After the cooking time of the peppers, we throw away the water and add water again with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Let cook again until the peppers caramelize.
