Almond cakes recipe

Ingredients to make Almond Cupcakes:

  • 150 grams of self-rising flour
  • 90 grams of ground almonds
  • 90 grams of sugar
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 lemon (zest)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of flaked almonds
  • 6 pinches of ground coconut (optional)

  1. Grate a lemon and prepare a silicone or similar mold with special baking papers for cupcakes, cupcakes or muffins.
