Ingredients to make all cremat (Burnt Garlic):

  • Fish such as monkfish, spider, rat or any other fish that you like
  • two medium potatoes
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 garlic sliced
  • a little black pepper

How to make all cremat (Burnt Garlic):

  1. In a container not very low, heat a dl of olive oil.
  2. Put the garlic to brown.
  3. When they are almost golden.
  4. Add the tomato. When everything is a little golden.
  5. Add the water.
  6. When it starts to boil, add the seasoned fish.
  7. When it boils again, cook the fish for 3 or 4 minutes.
  8. Put the potatoes cut into small cubes and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes, moving the casserole by the handles.
  9. With all this an emulsion will be formed and it will be about to serve.
