  4. 150 grams of cooked ham
  5. 2 bay leaves (to taste)
  6. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  7. 50 milliliters of vegetable oil
  8. 20 grams of Butter
  9. 1½ teaspoons Cornstarch

How to make Pasta with Alfredo Sauce:

  • The first step to prepare our Alfredo pasta will be to cook the noodles. To do this, follow the package specifications, add salt, oil and 2 bay leaves to the water.
  • At the end of cooking, strain and reserve.
  • In a separate saucepan we will begin to prepare the white sauce. So, heat the pan and let the butter melt, add the ham and sauté for a few seconds and then add the evaporated milk.
  • Keep the sauce cooking until it starts to boil, then lower the heat and watch that the sauce does not burn. Add the milk cream and when it boils again add the dissolved cornstarch until you get a creamy sauce
  • When serving, it is best to place the pasta on the plate and bathe with the sauce on top, although this is to taste. You can also decorate our pasta with Alfredo sauce with a little oregano or cheese.
