Alfalfa Sprout Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Alfalfa Sprout Salad:

  • 2 cups of alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 small lettuce cut into pieces
  • ½ kilogram of fresh white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 red tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 can of corn kernels (or sweet corn)
  • Olives to taste
  • 250 grams of Chihuahua ranchero cheese in squares
  • 1 handful of deflated filleted onion
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Alfalfa Sprout Salad:

In a bowl add the lettuce and alfalfa sprouts.

Tip: It is advisable not to heat or cook all types of sprouts because otherwise they lose their nutritional properties.

In another bowl, combine the mushrooms, tomatoes, corn, olives, and onion.

Tip: All the ingredients are to taste and you can remove these or add others according to your preferences.
