- 2 cups of alfalfa sprouts
- 1 small lettuce cut into pieces
- ½ kilogram of fresh white mushrooms, sliced
- 2 red tomatoes, sliced
- 1 can of corn kernels (or sweet corn)
- Olives to taste
- 250 grams of Chihuahua ranchero cheese in squares
- 1 handful of deflated filleted onion
