Albacore recipe with butter

Ingredients to make Albacore in butter:

  • 1 kilogram of Albacore fillets
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of Oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 4 tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 unit of Lemon (juice)
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Butter Albacore:

  1. Wash the fish and remove the skin, then place it in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, pepper and white wine. Marinate the albacore for 30 to 35 minutes.
  2. After this time, take the fillets to the oven at 180º C. for half an hour or until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over the heat. When it begins to take color, add the parsley and remove immediately from the heat.
  4. Remove the fish from the oven and serve the albacore in butter, bathing in the sauce. You can serve accompanied by basmati rice or roasted vegetables
