Ingredients to make Albacore in butter:
- 1 kilogram of Albacore fillets
- 1 glass of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of Oil
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 4 tablespoons of Butter
- 1 unit of Lemon (juice)
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Butter Albacore:
- Wash the fish and remove the skin, then place it in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, pepper and white wine. Marinate the albacore for 30 to 35 minutes.
- After this time, take the fillets to the oven at 180º C. for half an hour or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over the heat. When it begins to take color, add the parsley and remove immediately from the heat.
- Remove the fish from the oven and serve the albacore in butter, bathing in the sauce. You can serve accompanied by basmati rice or roasted vegetables
