How to make Al Pastor Fish Tacos:

  1. Put the chills to soak in hot water so that they hydrate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Now, to make our shepherd sauce, blend all the ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, place the cubed tilapia and cook a little, seasoning with salt and pepper. If you can’t get tilapia, you can use any other white meat fish such as phantasies or sea bream.
  4. Then add the pastor sauce, stir until well integrated and let the sauce cook well.
  5. Once well mixed, you will notice how the color changes a bit and the aromas intensify.
  6. Remove from the heat and serve accompanied by some Mexican corn tortillas..
