Ingredients to make Acapulco Cocktail:
- 1 1/2 ounces of white rum.
- 1/2 ounce of lemon juice.
- 1/4 ounce of Triplec Sec.
- 1/2 beaten egg white.
- 1/2 tsp. of white sugar.
- 1 sprig of mint.
How to make Acapulco Cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker with ice mix all the ingredients.
- Strain, serve in a previously chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with the mint sprig.
