Acapulco Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients to make Ceviche Acapulco:

For 4 people

  • 1/2 kilo of saw fish fillet
  • 5 romaine tomatoes
  • 8 lemons
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives
  • 1 avocado
  • 10 chopped capers
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Acapulco Ceviche:

Dice the fish fillet add the juice of 6 lemons and marinate in a covered glass or plastic container in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours so that the fish cooks in the lemon juice when you finish this procedure drain it. Chop the onion and add the juice of 2 lemons, the olive oil, the finely chopped olives, the drained and chopped capers, the oregano and the salt. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds and cut them into small squares. Mix all the ingredients and add the cilantro. Serve it in glasses or plates adding the diced avocado.
