Ingredients to make Abel Martinez Lobster:
- 1 Lobster 500 grams
- 4 tablespoons white onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 ml of white wine
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt
How to make Lobster with Abel Martinez:
- Cook the lobster in salt water with two bay leaves for 15 minutes, remove, let rest and cut the lobster in two, remove the meat and shred it or chop it into small pieces.
- In a frying pan, fry the white onion in the olive oil and add the lobster meat, the mushrooms there and cook for 5 minutes then add the white wine, the milk cream and the sprig of rosemary and let it boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Fill the lobster shell with this mixture and sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on top and good appetite.
- Accompany it with spaghetti al burro or French bread. Enjoy your meal.
