Ingredients to make Quick Tuna Soup:
- 2 cans of Tuna in oil (of the small ones)
- 1 unit of Onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 liter of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 loaf of bread
How to make Quick Tuna Soup:
- In a saucepan with the oil, sauté the finely chopped onion.
- Before it browns, add the minced garlic.
- We leave two minutes and add the tuna -drained from its oil-
- Add the fried tomato. Stir well and let everything cook together for 5 min.
- Finally we add 1 liter of water, the parsley, and the salt. Let cook 20 minutes.
- This soup can be eaten accompanied by fried bread, or, before finishing cooking, we add the pasta that we want (noodles, coditos…)
