The tomato and watermelon soup is refreshing and is characterized by its intense color, ideal for summer. By mixing a fruit, a vegetable, the aloe vera and the oregano leaf we obtain a fresh and aromatic flavor, it is an easy and quick soup to prepare.
Ingredients to make Tomato and Watermelon Soup:
- 3 units of red tomato
- 250 grams of watermelon
- 50 grams of Aloe Vera crystals
- 3 fresh oregano leaves
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Tomato Watermelon Soup:
- Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pot of boiling water, add the whole tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, until the skin comes off.
- Once they are cold, remove the skin and add the tomatoes with the aloe vera crystals, process for a few minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- To continue with the preparation of the cold soup, add the ice cubes and the watermelon cut into large pieces without the seeds, blend for a few more minutes, and rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
- Once it is ready, serve the cold tomato and watermelon soup, and add a slice of cold watermelon and a little finely chopped oregano.
