Ingredients to make Thermomix: Avocado Gazpacho:
- 2 avocados
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 lemons
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 liter of water
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
How to make Thermomix: Avocado Gazpacho:
- Peel and pit the avocados. Squeeze the lemons and peel the garlic. Crush the avocados together with the lemon juice, garlic and salt in the Thermomix. To put the tumbler and to speed 5 to be adding little by little the oil that we will put in the lid
- Once emulsified, add the water and stir on speed 3 for a few seconds. Add the pepper and put in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve very cold accompanied by cubes of bread and chopped hard-boiled egg.
