Ingredients to make Pavesa Soup:
- 6 bread
- 50g butter
- 150g fresh cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 6 pcs eggs
- 2 tsp. grated cheese
How to make Pavesa Soup:
- Spread the slices of bread with butter and toast them in the oven.
- Cut the fresh cheese into thin slices and put a portion on top of each toast.
- Arrange them in a thermal source that can go to the oven and to the table, it must be a deep source.
- Cover the toast with hot chicken broth.
- Crack an egg on each piece of toast, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a very hot oven for a few more minutes to cook the egg white.
