- 1 pound of vegetable broth
- 300 grams of minced meat
- 75 grams of Serrano ham
- 1 pinch of Cumin
- 1 pinch of red and black pepper
- 1 pinch of Nutmeg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 unit of Egg
How to make stuffed galets:
- As with any pasta dish, the first step will be to cook the galets. To do this, heat enough water and when it boils add the galets and cook for a couple of minutes. Once ready, remove from heat, drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
- Next, we prepare the meat filling. To do this, use a large bowl and mix the egg, with the spices, the garlic and the finely chopped ham and the meat.
- To fill the galets, it is important that the pasta has drained well and that there is no water left inside. You can then use a pastry bag to pipe the meat into each galet or do it directly with your fingers and a small spoon.
- Next, place the vegetable broth in a large enough pot and bring to a boil. When it breaks the boil add the galets and let them cook for about 8 minutes or the time indicated by the manufacturer. Remember to subtract the previous two minutes of cooking.
