How to make Changua:
- Our first step is to pre-list the ingredients for this delicious Colombian recipe.
- Take the two cups of water and milk to a deep pot over medium heat.
- Once you notice that the liquid is boiling, add salt, pepper and the finely chopped long onion. Let it keep for about 5 minutes until it takes on the flavor of the onion.
