How to make Lasopy (vegetable soup):
- LASOPY It is a truly delicious soup, with vitamins and minerals.
- Any combination with fresh vegetables and beef bones is great, but no grain. (Rice, potato, lentils, etc.)
- Simmer put 3 pounds of beef bones in 2 liters of water, 2 tablespoons of salt, cook for 1 hour and cover.
- Add 3 carrots, peeled and cut into three pieces each, 1 medium turnip, peeled and cut into chunks, 6 to 8 leeks, cut lengthwise, 1 cup fresh green beans, 1 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
