Ingredients to make Lamb Broth:
- 2 tablespoons of grain brown rice
- 1 kilo of lamb meat
- 1 onion
- 5 tablespoons of skim milk powder
- 150 grams of shelled sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of celery salt
- 5 drops of Tabasco sauce
- 1 carrot
How to make Lamb Broth:
- Cook the lamb with the salt.
- Once cooked, assemble with the onion, the carrot, the rice with the sweet corn.
- Put the condiments in a large saucepan with a lid and bring to a boil until it comes to a boil.
- Allow to boil gently until cooked.
- Cool some thistle to mix the milk and Tabasco sauce.
- Add just before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
