Ingredients to make Homemade Vegetable Soup:
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/2 coriander (cilantro)
- 1/2 leaves of celery
- 1 grated onion
- 4 or 5 ripe tomatoes grated
- A handful of soaked chickpeas
- A handful of washed lentils
- 250 g beef cut into small pieces
How to make Homemade Vegetable Soup:
- In the pressure cooker pour olive oil, brown the meat, then add the onion, the grated tomato, 4 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Sauté. Add the parsley, celery, coriander, salt, ground black pepper, ground cumin, food coloring, chickpeas and lentils.
- Cover with water. Cook 1/2 hour.
- The soup must be a bit thick, if not, add a little flour or cornstarch diluted in cold water, stir and cook until thick.
- Add a handful of noodles.
