Ingredients to make Homemade Vegetable Noodle Soup:

  • 100g pumpkin
  • 100 g pods or green beans
  • 100g carrots
  • 1 leek stalk
  • 100 g of thin noodles
  • 2 liters of water
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 peeled pumpkin
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley

How to make Homemade Vegetable Noodle Soup:

  1. In a saucepan with water, cook the carrot cut into thin strips, the pumpkin cut into small cubes, the pods into strips, and the leek also into strips.
  2. When the vegetables are soft (about 35 minutes), add the thin noodles. Let the vegetable noodle soup cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Season to taste and serve the homemade vegetable soup with noodles piping hot.
