  1. 200 grams of elbow pasta
  2. 4 tomatoes
  3. 1 cup onion
  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. 1 fresh epazote leaf
  6. 1 pinch of dried parsley
  7. 3 tablespoons of oil
  8. 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  9. 1 red bell pepper
  10. 50 grams of cream cheese
  11. salt and pepper to taste
  12. 2 cups of water (480 milliliters)

How to make Red Elbow Soup:

  • Are you wondering how to make elbows in tomato sauce? Well, to start with the red coditos soup recipe, you must first toast the garlic clove and the red pepper, and they should not be too burnt.
  • Transfer to the blender with the red tomatoes, onion, cream cheese and half a cup of water, blend everything for 3 minutes and reserve.
