Ingredients to make Heart of Palm Cream:
- 1 onion
- 2 cans of hearts of palm
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 liter of milk
- 1/4 liter of whipped cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
How to make Heart of Palm Cream:
- The onion is cut into brunoised and sautéed in the butter until it begins to brown.
- Blend the drained hearts of palm in an electric blender along with the fried onion
- Then add the chicken broth and milk, and let it boil for approximately 3 minutes.
- Add the whipped cream and let it boil another 3 minutes.
- Season the cream of hearts of palm with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with some aromatic herbs and/or pieces of hearts of palm cut on top. Bon Appetite!
