Ingredients to make Green Pepper Soup:
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 butter spoons
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of milk
- a pinch of pepper
How to make Green Pepper Soup:
- Fry the onion and 3/4 parts of the pepper with a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan until they are well poached. Add the broth and leave over a very low heat for 10 minutes.
- Put the milk, butter, flour and salt in the blender glass, and add the previous mixture. We cover and connect on high speed until everything is well incorporated.
- Add the remaining pepper and connect on high speed until partially chopped. Return to the saucepan and cook over low heat until creamy.
