Ingredients to make ajoporro cream with paprika:
- 2 bunches of garlic, washed and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- half red paprika cut in very small squares
- 1 tsb: mustard
How to make ajoporro cream with paprika:
- In a pot place the tbsp. of butter following the garlic (finely chopped) and the paprika, mix well on medium fire, until it is cooked well, add salt, the cream cheese, the mustard and the mayonnaise, lower the fire further leave one minute and turn off.
- Note: this mixture is placed in a round bread (large), open with care removing a center (as lid). And then the heart is removed from the bread, the cream is introduced.
- It is placed in the oven for a few minutes, it is served hot with minced bread or breads for canapes or biscuits.
