Ingredients to make Broccoli Carrot Cake:

  • 200 g of broccoli
  • 130g carrot
  • 125g cheese spread
  • 90 g of York ham cubes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 slices of York ham
  • To marinate the meat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

How to make Broccoli Carrot Cake:

Chop the broccoli and carrot with the food processor, add the spreadable cheese, the York ham in tacos and the onion powder. We mix everything until it is well integrated to continue with the broccoli and carrot cake recipe.

We smear the chicken breasts with our hands with the mixture of spices and reserve them wrapped in film for half an hour.
