Ingredients to make Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad:

  • 1 unit of Cauliflower
  • 1 unit of Broccoli
  • 20 grams of Almonds
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

How to make Broccoli Cauliflower Salad:

We gathered all the ingredients to make the warm cauliflower and broccoli salad. Boil the cauliflower and broccoli in a pot with plenty of boiling water and a pinch of salt. We like the vegetables to be al dente, so we will cook them for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown the filleted garlic in a pan with olive oil. Once they begin to take color, add the almonds and let them roast.

Tip: It is necessary to be careful with both garlic and almonds because they can burn easily.
