- 50 grams of flour
- 40 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- Nutmeg
- 1/2 kilo of bones
- 1 cup of milk
- 50 grams of margarine
How to make Easy Florentine Soup:
- Mix in a bowl flour, cheese, salt, and a little nutmeg, the eggs together, everything is mixed with the milk forming a not very thick paste.
- Pour little by little into the broth already strained and boiling with the margarine.
