Cream of spinach or chard recipe

Ingredients to make cream of spinach or chard:

  • 2 bundles of spinach or Swiss chard
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • A splash of olive oil
  • grated butter cheese lengthwise
  • a pinch of salt

How to make cream of spinach or chard:

  1. In a saucepan cook all the ingredients with a pinch of salt at the end add the spinach, just boiling.
  2. Then let cool for a few minutes and put them in the juicer, serve the cream in a small bowl and sprinkle the cheese on top and it remains to suck the mustaches and enjoy.
