- 500 grams of sliced mushrooms
- 1 white onion
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 500 milliliters of whole milk
- 50 grams of dried thyme
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make cream of mushroom soup without cream:
- The first step to make this mushroom cream without cream is to pre-list the ingredients that we are going to need to make it.
- Next, cut the big-headed onion into small squares. Bring a pan to medium heat and add a tablespoon of sunflower oil. Then add the chopped onion and fry.
