  • 1 kilogram of Carrot
  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1 pot of liquid cream (small)
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pinions

How to make Cream of carrot without potato:

  1. The first step to make this carrot cream without potato is to gather all the ingredients and cut the carrot into slices.
  2. Then melt the butter in a pan and brown the cut carrot for about 5 minutes.
  3. Then add the sparkling water and boil the carrot until cooked. The sparkling water will help set the color of the orange vegetable and give this carrot cream an even richer flavor.
  4. When the carrot is cooked, take it with a slotted spoon and place it in the blender glass or in a blender together with the liquid cream. Blend to obtain a carrot puree without potatoes. Do not throw away the cooking water.
  5. Add a little of the cooking water from the carrots if necessary and blend again to obtain the desired consistency. Season the carrot cream without potatoes and decorate with a few toasted pine nuts on top or a few croutons.
