Ingredients to make Cream of carrot and white wine:
- 4 units of carrot.
- 500 ml of chicken broth.
- 250 ml of whole milk.
- 2 units of medium white onion.
- 2 teaspoons of butter or margarine.
- 1 cup of white wine.
How to make Carrot and White Wine Cream:
- Prelist all the ingredients.
- Peel each of the carrots and cut into thick slices.
- Add the chicken broth in a pot and bring it to medium heat, let it boil. Once it is boiling, add the carrots and let it cook for about 10 minutes over medium high heat.
- Cut the onion into feathers and reserve.
- Bring a frying pan to medium heat, add the butter or margarine and fry the onion. Sauté for approximately five minutes.
- Add the onion and milk to step 3.Let boil for 5 more minutes and turn off the heat. Let cool.
- Once cold, add to a bowl and process with the help of a mixer. Return to the pot and heat a little to serve.
- Serve with packet potatoes and a teaspoon of milk cream. Enjoy.
