Ingredients to make melon soup:
- 1 unit of Melon
- 100 grams of milk or cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jet of olive oil
- 1 slice of Bacon
How to make melon soup:
- List all the ingredients. The melon must be in the fridge so that the preparation is very cold. Also keep in mind that this cold soup can be made with any type of melon.
- Peel and remove the seeds from the melon, cut into squares.
- Blend the melon very well.
- Pass through a strainer to remove any fiber.
- Mix with the milk cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a frying pan, brown the bacon cut into small strips, pass through a napkin to remove excess fat.
